The company started selling Inkjet Supplies in 1994 via the Internet. Our first website was www.missupply.com and was later changed to www.inksupply.com. We specialize in Inkjet supplies and sell primarily to the end users via our website.

In 1998 we were the first to introduce an archival pigment based ink for Epson printers. It was very successful. Later in 2000 Epson followed suite and introduced a similar ink for the 2000P printer. It was not as good as our Original Archival Ink.

In 1999 we introduced the first Black & White inkset for Epson printers. By placing shades of gray in place of the colors, we discovered that the Epson driver would produce a nice looking B&W print. With lots of assistance from our customers we continued to perfect our B&W inks. Today our Ultratone B&W inks are widely used not only in the US, but throughout the world.

During 1998 and 1999 we worked on developing a method for delivering ink to an Epson cartridge that would keep a constant level of ink inside the cartridge. This was very much in need, because refilling Epson carts was problematic, resulting in lots of frustrated refillers. In 1999, after a year of development and testing, we released the first Continuous Flow System (CFS) for the Epson 640 printer. It was wonderful and was quickly accepted by the customers and copied by the competitors. We began adapting Continuous Flow to all of the Epson printer models. Today we have over 36 models of CFS in production. We are the leader in this technology and have published a complete knowledge base of information on our site relating to continuous flow on Epson printers.

In 2002 we moved our operation to a new building with over 20000 sq ft of space. A picture of our "order fulfillment center" is shown on our Contact page. Our philosophy is to remain a small business and to contribute technology and innovation to the ever-growing population of Digital Photographers. We try to keep our prices a low as possible by selling direct to the end users via the Internet. Everything we learn and know about inkjet printing is openly shared with our customers in the MIS Knowledgebase.

We constantly strive to achieve high product quality and the most excellent customer service possible. A glance at our "customer feedback" on the bottom of home page will give you a feel for how we are doing. We carefully screen our employees. No one is hired unless they live by this creed.

The company is privately owned by a small group of investors. We employ about a dozen full and part time people to manufacture, pack, ship, and assist customers. The company continues to grow at a modest pace. Our current customer base includes over 40,000 active customers and about 25 distributors. We try to maintain a low stress environment and, a family like, harmony among our employees.
